Cocoa Meringues

:D I decided to try out the cocoa meringues.... but I.... overfold the cocoa powder with the meringue..... so my initial piped shapes didn't hold :(
You can see that they were going to flatten up soon and lose their curves

But I just made them into something else I guess XD The phailed cocoa meringues sandwiched with apricot jam in between.
Mom said it was still pretty good :3
I'll try again next time! P:
